Background
In 2022, our team felt the pain and frustration of loved ones looking for help, whether dealing with a bad landlord or navigating child support. With AI-assisted research, we were able to share information that beat the quality of the guidance they had put together in their own intensive research efforts.
Inspired by this success, we experimented with AI-powered software that could help our editorial team scale a thoughtful, empathetic approach. And while AI showed promise, it wasn’t ready until recently to support our mission. On the strength of our growth in 2025, we are now building a small team of former journalists and editors to further strengthen our content.
